Wehavetostudysemiconductormaterialsanddevices.Andmanufacturalequipmenthastobeoperatedandmaintainedbyyourself.Youcanbeactiveinvariousfieldsofelectricalmanufacturer,materialsandequipment.Highperformanceelectronicdeviceswithnanometerscalehavebeeninvestigatedbytheminiaturizationandusinganovelmaterials.Andrecently,itisnecessarythatfurtheraddedvaluesshouldbeappliedtothecontinuationevolvingperformanceinordertoutilizeforinterdisciplinaryfusionsuchaslifescience.Fromthebackground,wefocus“layeredmaterials”,whichhasanomalouselectronicproperties.Wehaveresearchedthatthecreationofnovelelectronicmaterialswithanomalousbehavioranddeviceapplications.Additionally,wewillinvestigatethefusionbetweenphysicalpropertiesrelatedelectronicandelectronengineering(charge,spin,phononandphoton)fortheproposalanddemonstrationofnovelprincipledevices.Althoughphysicalpropertiesoflayeredmaterialshavebeenreceivedmuchattention,onlyfewinvestigationsexistfordeviceapplications.Wewillworktorealizeinnovativeelectronicdevicesthatbreaktheconventionalsensethroughthecreationofnovelmaterialsanddesign/developmentoffunctionaldevicehavebeeninvestigatedinourlaboratory.Researchresultshavebeendisseminatedtotheworld.Assistant ProfessorPh.D.(Engineering) Toyohashi University of technology.
