Research CollaborationThe School of Medicine conducts research across a broad range of research fields in collaboration with its international partners, including leading overseas institutions such as the Technische Universität Dresden and the University of Trieste. Shinshu University has also recently established a new Satellite Office on the campus of Hebei Medical University in China, one of our oldest partners.Exchange of StudentsOne of the aims of our School is to provide both our own medical students and students from other countries with opportunities to broaden their cross-cultural understanding. The exchange programs we organize with our overseas partner universities offer students the chance to pursue basic medical sci-ence research or clinical training for a period of between 2 to 24 weeks.
