We have reported the hallmark features of IgG4-RD to be systemic or-gan involvement, the ability to involve multiple organs either simultaneously or in a metachronous fashion, imaging findings of swelling, nodules, and/or increased organ wall thickness, and a generally favorable response to glucocorticoid thera-py.・IgG4-RD: autoimmune pancreatitis, IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis, etc.・Pancreas: pancreatic cancer, acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, etc.・Biliary tract: sclerosing cholangitis, cholangiocarcinoma, etc.・Endoscopic procedures: endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and endo-scopic ultrasonography-related techniques.IgG4-RD and especially pancreatobiliary disorders require accurate and prompt differenti-ation from malignancies since pancreatobiliary cancers are highly lethal. Endoscopic pro-cedures in the pancreatobiliary field are complicated and require high skill. Our goal is the overall improvement of pancreatobiliary disease.Pancreatic cancer is now the fourth-leading cause of cancer-related death. In most cases, the cause of disease is unknown. Furthermore, it became clear that these are the most important risk factors causing cardiovascular diseases. The concept of “chronic kidney disease (CKD)” was established. We treat the primary disease of CKD (nephritis, immune disorder, lifestyle-related disease and so on) and perform renal replacement therapy such as hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and renal transplantation.
