05Messages from International Students Studying at Shinshu University先輩からのメッセージ Shinshu University is surrounded by a lot of beautiful nature. I feel refreshed and I can work hard at my studies. All the professors and students are helpful. ey will explain over and over again if I have a question. I am grateful that I can ask something via e-mail if I don’t have enough time to visit the professors in their oces. Besides, there are various festivals and events in Shinshu. You will have plenty of opportunities to make friends. You can spend your youth lled with memories through cultural exchanges. Please come to Shinshu University (^_-)-☆ Matsumoto City is not only comfortable to live in, but also a new change of environment for me, someone who have lived in an urban area for 19 years. Blooming owers, owing rivers, snowy mountains are surrounding it. Professors from various departments and the Center for Global Education and Collaboration are always nice when I needed advice. ere are many kinds of clubs in the university. erefore, you can make friends from other departments. A lot of events are held the all year around in Matsumoto City. I am enjoying my university life.
