―18―Infancy is an important time for shaping the mind and body of healthy people. The relationship between parents and their family is crucial during this period and both children and parents need to grow. However, in the context of increasing infant abuse in recent years, insufcient childcare ability and a lack of parent condence has placed considerable burden on families, especially when childhood disease or developmental disorders are involved. Therefore, with a special focus on supporting fathers who have difculty raising their child, our aim is to identify family support needs and help design a better life plan after becoming a parent by examining the childcare situation, parents’ feelings, and relationship between family and society.Support for parenting and parent development for creating children’s smilesWe are developing support not only for families that have developmental disabilities, but also childcare support that can be applied to all families having children.Parents are also encouraged to develop themselves while child-raising to enjoy their life with a smile.
