7信州大学についてProfile of Shinshu University01　外国人留学生への日本語等に関する教育の実施や、就学上・生活上の指導助言、交換留学の推進などを通じて国際的に活躍可能な人材を育成しています。　また、信州大学として統一感のある国際交流を目指し国際戦略の策定や国際化のための学内調整を行っています。 GEC aims to foster individuals who can take active roles in the international arena. GEC also works on internationalization strategies and coordination to promote Shinshu University’s internationalization in a unified way.Promoting International Exchange国際交流を積極的に推進○教育：初級から上級までの日本語指導、多文化理解○Education: Japanese language courses with levels ranging from 　elementary to advanced, as well as multi-cultural understanding.○留学生の生活支援、相談対応○Providing consultation and guidance for international students.○学生の海外留学の促進○Encouraging students’ study abroad experience.○教育の国際化に関する学内調整○Coordinating internationalization of education.○地域の国際化貢献及び国際協力連携等の推進○Promoting internationalization of the Shinshu area and 　international cooperation activities.Main Responsibilities主な業務　日本語を全く勉強したことがない学生、勉強はしてきたけれどもまだ大学での授業・研究に支障がある学生を対象とした、約４ヶ月間の集中日本語教育です。正規生の卒業単位にはなりませんが、予備教育中の研究留学生や交換留学生が多く受講しています。　コースの始めに行われるプレースメントテストの結果により、A、B、Cクラス（日本語レベル初級、初中級、中級）にレベル分けします。 Shinshu University offers 4-month intensive courses designed for students who have no experience in learning Japanese, as well as courses for experienced learners who are having difficulties in their regular university classes or research work. As these are noncredit courses for regular students, most of the students who take these courses are research students in their preparatory education period or exchange students from Shinshu University’s partner universities.　Students will be divided into A, B, C class (elementary, upper-elementary, and intermediate) according to the results of placement tests given at the beginning of the course.Intensive Japanese Language Courses at Global Education Centerグローバル教育推進センター日本語研修コース　ある程度の日本語能力はあるけれど、それをさらに伸ばしたい、または日本の社会や伝統文化を学びたい学生を対象に、「日本語・日本事情科目」という授業が行われています。 Ｔｈｉｓ is for upper－intermediate level Japanese learners who wish to improve their language skills or wish to learn about Japanese society and traditional culture.Japanese Related Subjects at the School of General Education全学教育機構 日本語・日本事情科目グローバル教育推進センターShinshu University Global Education Center (GEC)センター概要Overview日本語等の教育Education
