Laboratory of Rural Environment and Engineering Jun SUZUKI Associate Professor Irrigation engineering Agricultural Meteorology Roadway Meteorology Environmental- Rehabilitation The natural environmental factors, such as air, water, radiations and the others, formed in the agricultural rural area are mostly suitable for our life. In addition, as for the agricultural production have been arid out under the environment at the site. However there are some concerns are not suitable to our life and agricultural production. Our themes are improving the agricultural production environment and natural environment by assessing accurate monitoring and engineering knowledge. Numerous agricultural and forestry products are supported by the people and the environment of this area, and the need to balance the multiple functions of this region (national land conservation/ biodiversity/ social and cultural conservation, etc.) is a challenge. The Laboratory for Rural Planning is a developing technology, for studying land consolidation, and improving the living environment in these areas with the aim of building a new, sustainable society. Preventing waste of cultivated land in hilly and mountainous rural areas.
