It is here that I am enjoying my campus life at Shinshu University. Shinshu University has many advice centers that help students, even for small problems. Teachers are nice and also help when students are in need. Why not come and enjoy campus life here together?理学部（理学科）１年Faculty of Science （Department of Science） ／1st yearLee Inseob私が信州大学を選んだ理由は、親切な対応や、母国で受け取ったEメールや電話など、先生とのコンスタントなコミュニケーションから得た信頼と安心でした。また、それによってどんな大学かをイメージすることもできました。先生は、緑豊かな長野県の環境と、きれいな水や空気について話してくれましたが、実際、それは私の期待を裏切るものではありませんでした。地域の人々や学生、大学のスタッフも皆優しいので、もし日本で勉強することを考えているのなら、まず、信州大学をお薦めします。The reason I chose Shinshu University was because of the level of kindness, friendliness and constant communication (email and telephone) I received from its professors while I was still in my home country. That alone gave me peace of mind, and the rough picture of what kind of university it was. My professor told me about the fresh and green environment of Nagano Prefecture and the abundant clean water and air. Upon arrival I was not disappointed at the earlier imaginary picture I drew from our communication.The community, students and university staff are very kind. If you consider studying in Japan please give Shinshu University a first try. 農学研究科（修士課程）2年Division of Agriculture (Master’s Program) / 2nd yearレベツワ ンシェピサ さんLebetwa NtshepisaThis is the second year I am studying in Japan. Compared to the first year where I lived in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, I feel that Nagano is the place where you can sit down quietly and spend your time reading a book while enjoying the scenery of the mountain range. Every morning when I wake up in the International House, I always feel refreshed looking at the mountains through the window and breathing in the fresh air. With the change of the seasons, I would say that you will never ever get bored of the scenery of Nagano. Aside from that, there are lots of activities prepared by the students of Shinshu University’s Matsumoto campus like Agata no Mori Festival and Gin-rei-sai. Student life in Shinshu University is fun. I like Nagano, I like Shinshu University!教育学部（教育カウンセリング課程）１年Faculty of Education （Educational Counseling Course） ／1st yearチュ シント さんCHEW SIM THONG信州大学で過ごしたこの2年間、勉強と生活の両面でとても楽しく充実した日々を送ることができました。松本の美しい景色が心を癒し、穏やかな学習環境を提供してくれます。松本の方達にも暖かく接して頂き、大変助けて貰ったとともに故郷から離れた淋しさも無くしてくれ、よい友達もできました。また、毎日、教授と研究について討論し、たくさんの知識を得る事ができました。私にとって信州は大切な学びと生活の場所です。I have many fun and meaningful days at Shinshu University where I have been living and learning for two years ．The beautiful Matsumoto scenery makes me feel refreshed and gives us a peaceful learning environment.　The enthusiasm and kindness of Matsumoto people help us who are away from home to be less lonely. This makes it easy to make good friends here. Although I am busy studying with my teacher and discussing questions every day, I have learned a lot of experimental techniques. For me, Shinshu is an excellent place for living and learning.信州大学の先生方とスタッフは優しく、小さな悩みでも相談にのってくれます。様々なサークルやボランティア活動などを通じ、色々な面で自分を成長させていく中で、たくさんの友達を作ることができます。勉強に集中できる素晴らしい環境も整っています。一緒に充実した学生生活を送りましょう。I think the teachers and staff at Shinshu University are gentle, and give us guidance when we have trouble. There are many clubs and volunteer activities that allow you to develop yourself and make a lot of friends. There is a very nice environment here, so it’s easy to concentrate on studying.
