Conductive filament is composed in PP nonwoven - Kuraray November, 2016
【Supercategory:6. Products Subcategory:6.4 New products of 2016】
Kuraray developed antistatic nonwoven of the corona discharge method by composing conductive filament “Clacarbo” in PP nonwoven. “Clacarbo” is a carbon-containing conductive fiber. Kuraray succeeded in direct composition at the time of manufacturing nonwoven through Kuraray’s own production process. Kuraray will offer wide range of applications from for-industry to for-daily-life where measures to address static electricity control are needed. The direct composition at the time of manufacturing nonwoven is a key point for Kuraray, because usually conductive filament is woven or knitted into fabrics.
