Teijin adds high visibility to the aramid fiber for protective clothing November, 2016

Teijin has developed new aramid fabric for ensuring safety of people engaged in dangerous works. The new aramid fabric can be dyed more vividly than ordinary ones, and comply with the international standard for clothing with high visibility. It also keeps flame resistance and durability, which are required for the protective clothing. Teijin will strengthen the protective clothing not only in the domestic market but also in international markets, and aims to reach 20 billion yen in sales in the field of safety solution by 2020.
