UNITIKA commercialized a hollow-fiber membrane filter made of Nylon 6 resin for the first time in the industrial segments. The filter has a long-life and guarantees a high flow amount due to its asymmetric membrane pore structure at inner and outer sides, which traps foreign objects efficiently. The pore size can be adjusted according to the application. UNITIKA plans to extend the application as a precise filter membrane (MB) by proposing to be adopted in the impurity removal and/or solvent recovery system for the solvents used in the semiconductor and other plants.
