Heart Rate and Its Relation to Oxygen Intake

The present study was intended to determine heart rate and its relation to oxygen intake. The subjects in this study were ten students.
The following became clear after the investigation on heart rate and its relation of oxygen intake in the Step Test.
1) The relation between heart rate and oxygen intake may be seen by the very high correlation coefficients.
2) The regression were calculated between rate of increase of heart rate [(heart rate in excercise -heart rate at rest)/heart rate at rest] and rate of increase oxygen intake.
