【Supercategory:7. DESCENTE SPORTS SCIENCE Subcategory:7.3 Vol.3

Exercises for developing physical strength are maybe monotonous and there is no doubt that they are accompanied by a certain pain. To find time for such exercise is also a hard task.
Except for people who are lucky enough to take part in some sports daily, many find keeping in shape monotonous and dull.
So can't we find any good way to make routine training for developing basic physical strength amusing and enjoyable?
The purpose of this study is to make it enjoyable not by means of competition in the sports themselves, but by means of "Janken" with its casual odds. The winner on each occasion sets the loser some kind of physical training program which he is obliged to perform.
