PDF Effects of Lack of Sleep on Physical Condition in Junior High School Boys

 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of lack of sleep on physical condition in junior high school boys. Sixty-six of junior high school boys participated as subjects. They were surveyed the time length of sleeping and tested on memorizing of random sampling numbers as the ability of memory. The conclusion was shown that the boys getting in bed after midnight were lower in the level of brain activity than the boys getting in bed before midnight on a next day.
