Development of antibacterial nanofiber sheets by means of the electrospinning method

We are producing nanofiber sheets with antibacterial characteristics by mixing silver nanoparticles with raw material polymer solution using the electrospinning method. By utilizing a sheath/core structure and facilitating a high dispersion of silver nanoparticles onto the sheath only, we are able to obtain pronounced antibacterial effects using small quantities of silver.
