PDF Adreno-Sympathetic Nervous and Cardio-Respiratory Responses to Exercise at Different Times of Day

【Supercategory:7. DESCENTE SPORTS SCIENCE Subcategory:7.12 Vol.12

The adreno-sympathetic nervous and cardio-respiratory responses to exercise at different times of day were invstigated.
A significant difference were not found for the exercising heart rate, oxygen intake and minute ventilation at different times of day.
However, the significant rise in noradrenaline and adrenaline excretion in urine were observed after exercise early in the morning.
These results suggest that adreno-sympathetic nervous activity are accelerated during exercise early in the morning than that in the afternoon and evening.
