Development of Towel products using a polyester filament yarn

We are working to develop prototype products that exhibit the functionality of their constituent materials by using equipment such as twisting machines and sizing winders to combine functional fibers with natural fibers such as cotton, producing prototypes from the resulting finished yarn, and evaluating such properties as static elimination functionality, water absorption, and quick-drying capability.
As a result of this research, we expect to be able to develop towel products utilizing filament yarns with a variety of functional characteristics.
