Development of Fabrication Techniques and Equipments for Manufacturing Three Dimensional Braided Composites
【Supercategory:7. DESCENTE SPORTS SCIENCE Subcategory:7.15 Vol.15】
The bending properties of the composite tubes reinforced by tubular braids with through-the-thickness fibers were evaluated. The bending properties of thick tubular braided tubes was found to be more superior than that of the conventional multiple braided tubes without the through-the-thickness fibers, and it was also indicated that the through-the-thickness fibers were available for prohibiting interlamina delamination.
