Trial production of organdie made from thin-cocoon-filament silk yarn

We produced silk organdie using 21-dernier thin-cocoon-filament silk single yarn for both the warp and weft. By studying the conditions under which the raw silk is soaked during the preparation process, we were able to limit the occurrence of defects such as broken strands during weaving.
