Study on functionality assessment method of textile chemicals

A variety of dyeing aids are used during the dyeing process to improve productivity and prevent problems, including penetrants, dispersants, sequestrants, bath softeners, and level dyeing agents. The effects of these dyeing aids are often judged in an experience-based, qualitative manner. We used multiple level dyeing agents and utilized the techniques of quality engineering to quantitatively compare their effects. As a result, we were able to quantitatively express the effects of each using the SN ratio, an indicator of variability in quality engineering.
