Development of the Card Webs for Reinforced Thermoplastic Material used Recycle Carbon Fiber

　To broaden the use of recycled carbon fiber, we study the reinforced thermoplastics that are mixed recycled carbon fibers and the polyamide 6 fibers into card webs without any surface treatment. In this report, the card web was made in various carbon fiber ratios, 20%, 30% and 40%, and these mechanical properties were checked by tensile test.
