PDF Morphology Control of Aromatic Polymers by using Reaction-induced Phase Separation during Polymerization

【Supercategory:2. Fiber manufacturing Category:2.1 Special fiber Subcategory:2.1.1 Nanofiber

写真
Nanofibers, nanoribbons and their nonwoven fabrics of intractable aromatic polymers are prepared by using reaction-induced phase separation during polymerization. Further, aromatic polymer whiskers are also prepared by this method useful for reinforcements of polymer composites. This result provides a novel method for the preparation of fibers without spinning, called non-spinning fiber formation.
