UNITIKA developed muli-layered spun yarn ”PALPA DD” to deal with both sweat and smell. The yarn is composed of polyester staple in the core and modified deodorant cotton in the sheath. Deodorant cotton absorbs sweat in liquid and gas phases and deals with smell. Polyester staple diffuses absorbed sweat quickly to dry effectively. This product is offered as the material for sports wears in the high-sweating spring and summer season.
