Toyobo MC Corporation has developed 3D network structured fibre materials “BREATHAIRMEBIUS” and “TELLUSECHO.” The company collects “BREATHAIR” products from markets, and uses them for obtaining raw materials for “BREATHAIRMEBIUS.” In “BREATHAIRMEBIUS,” the recycled raw materials account for 25 percent of the material's mass. “BREATHAIRMEBIUS” has the same level of functionality, comfortableness, and impact absorption ability of “BREATHAIR” made from 100 percent virgin raw materials. “TELLUSECHO” for which biodegradable resin is used can be biodegraded in environments where 58 degrees in aerobic environment defined in ISO 14855-1 (JIS K6953-1). It has almost the same level of impact resilience and body pressure dispersibility of “BREATHAIR,” thanks to its network structure and polymer properties.
