Bringing the wonder of interior textile products to the world

The key slogan of Kimura H lab is “Research on the Living Environment and Textiles”. The performances of interior products such as textile floor coverings or safety assessments for working clothes are researched. For instance, the quantity of house dust mite scattered in our living room by walking action or static electrical propensity of working clothes are investigated. Our work also includes proposing new testing methods to international standard bodies through research into testing and evaluation methods for accurately determining the properties of these products.
