Seiren aims to expand applications of their conductive fabrics for cars. Their goal is to supply a highly flexible fabric wire that can be a substitute for a wire harness used for electrical circuit formation. Because their conductive fabrics have been applied to electromagnetic shielding materials and the materials have been used for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, if making use of such techniques and experiences, the conductive fabrics can be used as noise cancelling components installed in cars. Seiren has an intention to find market opportunity for the circuit-forming materials and the electromagnetic shielding materials in a car business, in which more and more cars are being electronically equipped, on the strength that indeed they both have been broadly applied to electronic communication devices such as computers and smartphones.
