Diploma Policy
The Faculty of Science at Shinshu University will award a Bachelor of Science degree to students who have fully acquired and are able to utilize the following knowledge and skills:
1. Broad liberal arts and basic knowledge of science
2. Specialized knowledge in various fields of science
3. The ability to understand and solve problems through specialized knowledge, observation, experiments, etc., and to communicate the results to others accurately.
4. The ability to use basic knowledge of science and specialized knowledge to discover and address problems, and to make the results useful to society.
