38th International Exchange Seminar: Online Exchange Meeting ～reunion～with Hebei Medical University

Since signing an inter-university academic exchange agreement in 1986, Shinshu University and Hebei Medical University have maintained an active partnership through student and researcher exchanges, joint research, and the sharing of academic information. To further strengthen this collaboration, a Shinshu University satellite office was established at Hebei Medical University in 2019. In June 2024, a delegation from Hebei Medical University, led by Professor Zhai Haihun, visited Shinshu University.

On November 20, 2025, an online exchange meeting (reunion) was held between the Shinshu University School of Medicine and the Shinshu University satellite office at Hebei Medical University. The event was moderated by Dr. Lu Yu, who recently joined the Office for the Promotion of International Exchange as a faculty member. In the first session, Ms. Shu　Fang (third-year doctoral student, Department of Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry) and Mr. Xuguang　Zhang (research student, Department of Global Medical Research Promotion International Relations Office) introduced their research and shared their experiences of studying and living at Shinshu University with students from Hebei Medical University. In the second session, Dr. Hu Xiao and Dr. Diao Pan from the School of Basic Medical Sciences at Hebei Medical University joined the discussion and shared their experiences with the students, including their careers at Hebei Medical University after earning their degrees at Shinshu University, their experiences with job hunting after graduation, and their lives in China.

Approximately 20 undergraduate and graduate students, as well as faculty and staff members, participated in the event, either in person at the Hebei Medical University satellite office or online. Questions for the alumni continued even after the seminar had ended, making the event a valuable opportunity for exchanging information and building professional connections.

The online reunion provided a valuable opportunity for meaningful interaction and exchange between students and alumni. We will continue to utilize the satellite office to further strengthen the close and friendly relationship between the two universities.

第38届国际交流研讨会：与河北医科大学举行线上重聚交流会

　自1986年签署校际学术交流协议以来，信州大学与河北医科大学一直保持着密切的交流与合作，积极开展学生和研究人员互访、联合科研以及学术信息交流等活动。为进一步加强两校之间的合作，信州大学于2019年在河北医科大学设立了卫星办公室。2024年6月，河北医科大学代表团在翟海魂教授的带领下访问了信州大学。

2025年11月20日，信州大学医学院与设立于河北医科大学的信州大学卫星办公室举行了线上交流会。本次交流会由新加入国际交流推进办公室的卢郁老师担任主持。第一部分由分子细胞生物化学教室博士三年级学生房树和国际医学研究推进学教室的研究生张旭光主讲，他们向河北医科大学的学生介绍了自己在信州大学医学院的研究以及学习和生活经历。

　第二部分邀请了河北医科大学基础医学院的胡晓老师和刁盼老师参加。他们在信州大学取得学位后回到河北医科大学工作，他们在线上与学生们分享了自己毕业以后的求职经历，以及职业发展和在中国的生活情况。

　本次活动共有约20名学生、研究生及教职员工参加。研讨会结束后，学生们仍积极向前辈们提问，交流气氛热烈。通过此次活动，学生们加深了对学习、研究及职业发展的了解，也获得了宝贵的信息交流和建立专业联系的机会。

　此次线上研讨会进一步促进了两校师生之间的互动交流，为分享经验、增进了解提供了良好的平台。今后，信州大学将继续充分利用卫星办公室这一平台，进一步深化两校之间的友好交流与合作。
