In order to achieve our goal, we look for highly motivated individuals who possess:

1. Eagerness to study infectious diseases, immunology, developmental biology, and regenerative medicine, thereby contributing to medical research and practice,
2. Leadership ability to supervise clinicians in the field of organ transplantation and regenerative medicine,
3. High ethical standards,
4. Profound knowledge on bio-polymers used in organ transplantation.

1. Profound interest in both human ontogeny/ growth / aging and basic research in various diseases,
2. Inquisitiveness to create novel preventive medicine and to implement basic research findings to clinical medicine and social wellness,
