A Seminar "Writing Academic Papers in English"

We hosted an open seminar on writing academic papers in English by Dr. Trevor Lane and Dr. Jeff Robens, Senior Editors at Edanz Group Ltd. on June 18, 2015. It was the first seminar out of a series of two and focused on writing and manuscript structure.

We learned the importance of publishing in English and what journal editors want, and effective writing, such as how to improve readability and avoid common mistakes. Dr. Lane and Dr. Robens walked around to advice the participants during the activity times, to give them a deeper understanding. We had 75 participants in total and got a very positive feedback.

We will have the second seminar on October 2, 2015. Everyone is welcome to attend, we look forward to seeing you there.
