Faculty of Economics

The Faculty of Economics, which has 35 academic staff and 10 administrative staff, is located in Matsumoto. There are two departments: Dept. of Economics and Dept. of Law and Econo-social Administration. Both departments give credits for designated qualifications and start sub-professional education programs at an early stage of learning. Some notable features of the Faculty of Economics are given below.

Division of Industrial and Social Studies

There are two courses within Division of Industrial and Social Studies. "Industrial and Social Studies" is offered at Matsumoto and "Institute of Innovation Management" is offered at Nagano. Both courses are managed by Faculty of Economics. Usually a degree requires two years of study. Faculty members teach graduate school students as well.
