The student I.D. card is issued to undergraduate and graduate students. Students are always expected to carry their I.D. cards with them. Students may not be allowed attending classes or taking examinations without the I.D.cards. Students must be careful not to lose their cards not to be misused.
Certificate of Registration(Zaigaku Shomeisho), Certificate of Academic Records(Seiseki Shomeisho), Certificatae of Commuting(Tsugaku Shomeisho)
Those certificates above are issued upon the students' request. Fill out the application forms and submit to the Educational Section (Gakumu-gakari) of each Faculty or the Center for Deveropment of Higher Education Programs.
Certificate for Student Travel Discount(Gakuwari)
The certificate is issued to undergraduate and graduate students (but not to research students and auditing students). This discount is only valid if you travel over 100km by JR(Japan Railways) trains, buses and ships.
Report and Certificate of Completion of Research
Research students are required to submit the Research Completion Forms(Kenkyu Shuryo Todoke) after completing their programs within a given period of time to Educational Section (Gakumu-gakari) of each Faculty through their academic supervisors. Certificate of Completion of Research is issued upon request to those who reported the completion.
