About the electronic disclosure of the bulletin published by Shinshu University

Shinshu University have developed Shinshu university Institutional Repository (SOAR-IR) to archive results of education, research and contribution to society by our researchers and students and to provide them to public for the aim of progress of our university's education and research and for contribution to society. (https://soar-ir.shinshu-u.ac.jp/)
We are planning to archive the bulletin on the list below, which Shinshu University had published, into Shinshu University Institutional Repository from the first volume to preserve electronically and to provide to public.

We would like to ask the authors and copyright holders for each article for permissions below.

1. To digitize the article(s) (the right to reproduction : Article 21 of the copyright law)
2. To provide the digitized article(s) to public via internet (the right to public transmission : Article 23 of the copyright law）

Those who does not agree to give permissions above are asked to notice us by Feb. 10th, 2010 to the contact below.
If there is no contact by the due date, we would start archiving, although if copyright holder make contact after the due, we will withdraw his/her article(s) promptly.

We will send a mail to each author and copyright holder individually.
But most of the bulletins had published many years ago and it is difficult to contact every author and copyright holder, so we take this way.

This notice is asking for the permission for digitization and public provision, not for the copyright transfer.
