特別定額給付金の申請書が長野県の各世帯に配布開始され始めました。
すでに受け取っている可能性があります。
必要事項をご記入の上、締切までに自分の居住地のある市役所へご返送ください。
以下は松本市市民向けの例です。

申し込み期間：2020年5月18日から2020年8月17日
* 8月17日の消印まで有効
**申し込み期間を過ぎると申請できず、特別定額給付金を受け取れません。
***手続きには1か月くらいかかります。

郵便またはオンラインでの申し込みを選択できますが、オンラインではマイナンバーカー
ド（プラスチックカードであり、紙のカードではありません）と ICカードリーダーが必要
です。郵送での申請の方が簡単かもしれません。
※郵送でのお申し込み方法
1。申請書に記入する。下記URL（松本市）をご参照ください：

2.在留カードのコピーを添付してください（住所が記載されている場合はカードの裏面も
コピーしてください）。
3。名前、銀行名、銀行口座番号などが記載された部分の通帳またはキャッシュカードの
コピーを添付してください。
4。申請書、添付書類を同封されている封筒にいれ、投函してください。
>不明な点は、自分の居住地のある市役所に相談してください。

COVID-19の関係で、日本政府（にほんせいふ）から 特別定額給付金（とくべつ ていがく きゅうふきん）のお知らせがありました。
4/27までに市役所（しやくしょ）で住民登録（じゅうみんとうろく）の手続き（てつづき）をした人は、特別定額給付金というお金100,000円を もらえます。
市役所で書いた家の住所に、申請書（しんせいしょ）が来ます。申請書を書いて、市役所に おくってください。マイナンバーカードがある人は、ONLINEでも できます。

Implementation of "the Special Project Providing Fixed Amount Benefits (tentative name)"
〇 Based on the Cabinet decision on April 20, 2020, the Japanese Government is plan to implement " the Special Project Providing Fixed Benefits (tentative name)" for the purpose of providing financial support promptly and accurately to the residence of Japan, while paying attention to the prevention of the spread of the COVID-19.
〇 The project intend to provide 100,000 yen for each person recorded in the Resident Registration as of April 27, 2020 (including foreign nationals residing in Japan).
〇 Application should be made by postal mail or online (only for holders of own My Number Card) by application form mailed from the municipality of residence. Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account in the name of the applicant.
〇 The application start date and payment start date will be determined by the municipality of residence. The application deadline should be within 3 months from the application start date of the postal mail application.
