36｜｜信州大学博士課程教育リーディングプログラムShinshu University Advanced Leading Graduate Programプログラム概要「博士課程教育リーディングプログラム」とは、優秀な学生を俯瞰力と独創力を備え広く産学官にわたりグローバルに活躍するリーダーへと導くため、国内外の第一級の教員・学生を結集し、産・学・官の参画を得つつ、専門分野の枠を超えて博士課程前期・後期一貫した世界に通用する質の保証された学位プログラムを構築・展開する大学院教育の抜本的改革を支援し、最高学府に相応しい大学院の形成を推進する事業です。プログラムでは、材料から商品まで豊富な知識と経験を短期間で習得できるコースワークや実習、コミュニケーションのための英語教育・海外インターンシップ、先端研究を広く知る研究室ローテーションや海外招聘教員とのディスカッション、リーダーシップを養うグループ活動などの新しい教育プログラムを用意しています。The Advanced Leading Graduate Program seeks to develop a graduate school that befits the ultimate educational institution by supporting radical reform in graduate education so as to build and develop an integrated, two-stage doctoral degree program that transcends fields of specialization to produce world-class graduates while bringing together first-rate faculty and students from Japan and overseas with the participation of industry, academia, and government. Its ultimate objective is to transform talented students into future leaders on the global stage in industry, academia, and government who exhibit broad perspective and creativity. The program incorporates an array of new educational components, including coursework and practical study designed to give students extensive knowledge and experience ranging from materials to products in a short period of time, English education and overseas internships to cultivate the ability to communicate effectively, research lab rotations and discussions with visiting faculty members from overseas in order to provide broad knowledge of advanced research, and group activities that foster leadership skills.Program Objectives養成する人材像ファイバー技術を用いた技術革新（ファイバールネッサンス）を進めるためには、ファイバー分野における国際的な新産業の動きをいち早くとらえ、専門的な知識と強いリーダーシップを持つ、人間力に優れた新たな人材が求められています。本プログラムでは、産業界で活躍する以下の能力を持ったグローバルリーダーを養成します。⑴ 繊維・ファイバーに関する専門知識・応用力⑵ 人類社会の諸課題とファイバー技術を結びつける俯瞰力⑶ 異分野、異業種のグローバルな橋渡しにより新しい価値を創出できる能力⑷ 基礎研究から応用研究、製品化・事業化研究までを繋ぐ能力⑸ 先導的なプロジェクトマネジメント能力To effect a technological renaissance using fiber technologies will require a new type of human resource: professionals who combine the ability to quickly ascertain trends in new international industries in the fiber sector with specialized knowledge, strong leadership skills, and positive character traits. Shinshu University's Advanced Leading Graduate Program fosters the development of global leaders who possess the following skills and abilities, which will prepare them for successful careers in the world of industry:(1) Expertise related to textiles and fiber, and the ability to apply it(2) A perspective capable of connecting various problems faced by human societies with fiber technologies(3) The capacity to create new value by acting as a global bridge to other fields and industries(4) The ability to connect fundamental research to applied research as well as commercialization and feasibility research(5) Pioneering project management skillsVision for Graduates「ファイバールネッサンスを先導するグローバルリーダーの養成」“Global Leader Program for Fiber Renaissance”サスティナブルソサイエティグローバル人材養成プログラムSustainable Society GlobalLeaders Programコース概要サスティナブルソサイエティグローバル人材養成プログラムは、サスティナブルエネルギー、サスティナブルフード、サスティナブルウォーターの3つのコースから構成されている大学院5年一貫学位プログラムです。本プログラムは、エネルギー、水、食料分野における持続可能なライフラインの構築に貢献できるグローバルリーダーの養成を目的としています。本プログラムの学生は、信州大学大学院総合理工学研究科に入学が決まった新修士1年生の中から選抜されます。Sustainable Society Global Leaders Program is a five-year graduate school program which consists of three courses, Sustainable Energy, Sustainable Food, and Sustainable Water. The objective of this program is to foster global leaders who are capable of developing sustainable lifelines in the fields of energy, water, and food. Program students will be selected from the first year master's students enrolled in the Graduate School of Science and Technology at Shinshu University.Program Outlineカリキュラムサスティナブルソサイエティグローバル人材養成プログラムのカリキュラムは、深い専門性はもちろんのこと、幅広い視点、問題解決能力、リーダーシップ、国際コミュニケーション力などを兼ね備えたグローバルリーダーを養成するべく構成されています。本プログラムの特徴的なカリキュラムとしては、研究室ローテーション、実践的なインターンシップ、海外留学（研究留学）などです。また、本プログラムの学生は、信州大学経営大学院が開講している技術経営関連科目や科学英語も履修することになっています。The curriculum of this program is designed to foster global leaders with broader perspectives, problem solving capabilities, leadership, global communication skills as well as deep expertise. The distinctive curriculum for this program includes laboratory rotations, practical internship, and study overseas. The program students are required to take Management of Technology related subjects offered by Shinshu University Graduate School of Management.
