The bus terminal is on the ground floor of Ario. Take the "Shindai Yokota circular line" or the "Asama line" bus. The ride should take about 15 minutes. Get off at "Shinshu Daigaku Mae". The University entrance gate is just ahead across the road. The ride should take about 8 minutes. Get off at "Shindai Kogakubu Mae". It's about a three-minute walk to the front gate.3-15-1 Tokida, Ueda, Nagano 386-8567Access Information1) From the Castle exit of JR/Shinano Railway Ueda Station, go to bus stop No. 1 and take the Chikuma bus “Saku Ueda Line bound for Katsuma”, “Kakeyu Line bound for Kakeyu”, or “Takeshi Line bound for Suguri” (5 minutes). Get off at “Aeon Ueda Mae” and turn left at the “Shinshu Daigaku Senigakubu Entrance” crossing ahead. Ueda Campus is on the right side of the road (Approx. 300 m, five-minute walk).2) From the Castle exit of JR/Shinano Railway Ueda Station, go to bus stop No. 4 and take the Ueda Bus “Circular Line (Ao bus)” (5 minutes). Get off at “Aeon Ueda Mae”. 3) From the JR/Shinano Railway Ueda Station, the campus is about a 20-minute walk, or a 5-minute taxi ride.
