38||就職状況Employment Situationイノベーション創発人材育成センター平成24年度修了者就職状況 Employment Situation of Graduated Students in 2012高度な研究開発能力に加えて成果を実用化に繋げるためのビジネスマインドを有する幅広い視野を持った博士を養成します。養成の対象は博士課程学生及びポスドク(博士学位取得後、概ね5年以内の者)とし、公募を行います。 養成プログラムとしては、イノベーション基礎講義、フォーラム、企業等への3ヶ月以上の長期インターンシップを実施します。In addition to providing advanced research and development training for doctoral students, we also hold a broad vision for students’ business and future employment prospects. Through this Training Center we will offer postions for doctoral students and postdocs (up to five year post-Ph.D.). As a formal training program we will implement a series of lectures, discussion forums, and we will also coordinate three-month+ industry internships.- Through extended internship experience students will be able to develop and solidify industry relationships.- Through industrial training students will be able to gain a wide range of knowledge and experiences, and thereby discover their potential in real-world problems.- Lecture-based guidance and employment counseling will supplement all activities.- Doctoral students are able to participate in the project, so will be able to prepare for employment searches well before graduation.- Salary is supported for the duration of the project.
