37 | |支援制度女性研究者支援室(SuFRe)女性研究者支援室は、本学の女性研究者が出産・子育て等のライフイベントと、研究を両立するための環境整備を行い、その能力を最大限に発揮できるようサポートすることを目的として、以下の活動を進めています。■ TA(ティーチングアシスタント)、RA(リサーチ アシスタント) TA (Teaching Assistant), RA (Research Assistant)TAは、本学大学院の優秀な学生に教育補助業務を行ってもらうことで、大学教育の充実及び指導者としてのトレーニングの機会提供を図ることを目的としています。RAは、本学が行う研究プロジェクト等に、優れた大学院博士課程在学者に研究補助者として参画してもらうことで研究活動の効果的推進を図るとともに、研究補助業務を通じて若手研究者として研究遂行能力の育成を図ることを目的としています。いずれも規定の手当が支給されます。Teaching Assistant program (TA) lets graduate school students do educa-tional assistant work to enhance their professional education.Research Assistant program (RA) lets doctoral course students participate in research projects run by the university to improve their research ability.SuFRe was founded in October 2011, in order to foster an environment in which female researchers at Shinshu University can achieve a balance between life-events such as childbirth and the nursing of children, and research, and can make the best use of their abilities. SuFRe is giving its support to the following initiatives.・女子学生・大学院生のキャリア形成支援・支援体制及び相談体制の確立・意識啓発活動・ライフイベント期間中の研究活動の支援・柔軟な勤務体制の確立- Career support for female undergraduate and graduate students- Establishment of a support organization and consultation organization- Awareness-raising activities- Support for research activities during life event periods- Establishment of a flexible working system■ 長期履修制度 Extended Study Program職業を有するなどの事情により標準修業年限(3年)での修了が困難な学生に対し、標準修業年限を超えて一定の期間にわたる計画的な長期在学・履修により、修学の便宜と授業料の軽減を図る制度があります。詳細は「便覧(履修の手引き)」をご覧下さい。The extended study program is for students with special circumstances, such as working students, so that they can study in up to 6 years instead of the normal 3 years.
