Development of Novel Organic Electron-Transporting Materials
Organic LEDs are a promising candidate for future TV and mobile monitors, and have been showing up on the market recently. However, deducing power consumptions still remains as a crucial issue, and we are studying on novel organic electron-transporting materials with high electron mobility, which can provide a solution of the issue. The picture shows an organic LED with our new material along with its molecular structure. The material saves more than 50% electric power compared to conventional ones.
