The Promotion of Physical Fitness in Young People and Children

The purpose of this study is to clarify, in young people and children what prevents the promotion of physical fitness and how enhance the will power to exercise and physical fitness more effectively.
The results obtained were as follows;
1) The size of a schoolyard per a student is not a factor which prevents the promotion of physical fitness, but the fact that young teachers are nervous to the accident during exercise beyond necessity and unhealthy life style of parents are a factor.
2) The use of simple physical fitness test which could be measured by oneself enhance the will power to exercise.
3) The coaching sports technique, in order to enhance only itself can increase physical activities.
4) The guidance to intake more kinds of foods in a week is effective to enhance physical fitness.
