Summary of Activity
Our actrivity has been focusing on Neurourology, Female Urology, Geriatric Urology, and Kidney Transplantation. We have been trying to establish useful diagnostic and treatment modality for urologic diseases.


Research Projects
Restoring of lower urinary tract function with bone marrow cell injected into lower urinary tract

Implanted bone marrow cells (green) are simultaneously positive for skeletal muscle cell marker, myoglobin (red). The bone marrow cells can differentiate into skeletal muscle cells in injured urethral sphincters.
