intensive investigation now
(4) Molecular analysis of Postsynaptic Membrane
Raft
We
visualized the Raft-PSD complexes at the EM level and
propose gPSD and Raft work togetherh. PSD without the
aid of postsynaptic rafts cannot work in vivo.
We
also found the presence of CaMKII clusters together with
PSD-95
in the membrane rafts.
