- TEDxShinshuUniversity 2017を開催
工学部の学生が中心となり、平成29年11月4日(土)、国際科学イノベーションセンター(工学部内)にて、TEDxShinshuUniversity 2017を開催しました。

TEDxShinshuUniversityは「From Shinshu to the World」を理念に掲げ、信州から世界へ価値あるアイディアを発信するために活動を行っています。2015年にはじめての開催を迎え、今年度で3度目の開催となりました。今回は遠藤守信特別特任教授(信州大学)をはじめ、天文教育、ボランティア活動、芸術の分野から合計4名の登壇者が独特なアイディアを発信しました。会場には老若男女問わず、約100名の方々が集まり、分野の垣根を越えて対話や交流を行いました。
TEDxでは、当日のトークの様子を、誰でも無償で見られるよう、インターネット上に公開しています。

TEDxShinshuUniversity was held at Shinshu University on the 4th of November, 2017.The mission was not only to spread the ideas "From Shinshu to the World", but to create a platform where ideas from Shinshu meet and new ideas are created.This was the 3rd TEDxShinshuUniversity event since 2015. In 2017, Professor Endo Morinobu from Shinshu University, an astronomy educator, a modern artist, and a junior high school student activistshared their unique ideas on the stage. Approximately 100 participants gathered together and exchanged their ideas.All talks are now available for viewing on YouTube at the URL listed below. They are in Japanese.
